What have PTA funds been spent on?
The money raised in the past by the PTA has been spent on a number of projects to improve school life, including a climbing frame, bike racks, a parent’s shelter and water bottles. The PTA also runs lots of fun events for children, including treat days, discos and summer and Christmas fairs.
In 2018 PTA raised £60,000 and built a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) which was built in the school field adjacent to the climbing frames and play equipment. We are forever grateful to 4 committed members who swam the channel to kickstart the fundraising for this project.
