Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant
£22,737 pro rata

7.5 hours per week, 11:30am-1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Term time only
The Governors would like to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to supervise children during the lunch time period.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children, be flexible, be able to work well within a team and be willing to undertake training. Duties include; supervising children during lunchtimes in school and outside in the playground, clearing up spillages in the lunch hall, setting out tables and chairs, ensuring children have cutlery and cups, wiping down and maintaining general cleanliness of the lunch area, communicating effectively with children and maintaining good behaviour according to the school’s behaviour policy.
Hours: 11:30am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday

This position is paid whole time and with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods however your salary in these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.
