Introduction

Our SEN Information Report – which is part of Durham County Council’s Local Offer – provides details about how we support children and young people with Special Educational Needs in our school.

The SEN Information Report was reviewed and updated on 20th October 2020.

Our SEN Information Report will provide details about how we implement our policy and practice to deliver high quality provision for children and young people with SEN. This SEND Information Report should be read alongside the school’s SEND Policy, the Equalities Information and Objectives and the Accessibility Plan.

  • Mrs C Ferguson is our Acting Head Teacher. She can be contacted in school via the school email address nevillescross@durhamlearning.net or by telephoning the school office 0191 3842249
  • Mrs N Oxnard is the Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) and again can be contacted via the school email address or by telephoning the school office.
  • Mr D Knowd is the appointed Governor for SEND.
